Earthing Day 1

Earthing or grounding as some refer to it as. My husband and I started earthing today.  It is connecting to the Earth’s natural energy, by walking barefoot on grass, sand, dirt or rock can diminish chronic pain, fatigue and other ailments that plague so many people today.  I do not have a lot of chronic pain but my husband does.  He lays down to bed and every night his nervous start twitching and muscles tighten up and cause extreme pain and discomfort.  I can feel his energy/electricity next to me, occasionally I can feel it transition to me. My family and some friends would think I’m nuts for doing this but why not try, it doesn’t cost a penny right. We walked outside and messed with the dogs for an hour barefoot. My husband admitted his feet felt tingling, I don’t really think its an instant thing but curious to track our progress with this new endeavor.
